2 YEAR WARRANTY
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use. They are intended to provide protection against problems resulting from defects in workmanship or design, natural wear and tear that occurs during regular use is not covered by the warranty.

RAEV provides a warranty to the original purchaser of the bicycle, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations specified herein:

Subject to regular use and maintenance, the frame, mechanical and electrical components of the bicycle will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of delivery, in accordance with the RAEV warranty.

Mechanical components include: Handlebar, Rim, Wheelset, Stem, Bolts and Nuts, Brake Lever, Mudguard, Front Suspension, Crankset, Pedals, Cassette, Rear Derailleur, Front Reflector, Rear Reflector, Brake Disc, Brake Pads, Brakes. Electrical components: Throttle, Headlight, Display, Motor, Controller, Speed ​​Sensor

The battery is covered by a limited warranty of two (2) years from the date of delivery or 500 life cycles, whichever occurs first, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. The limited warranty applies to defects already present at the time of delivery and covers the battery, motor, controller, display and sensors. Over time, like any rechargeable battery, the capacity of the RAEV rechargeable battery will decrease due to charge and discharge cycles. RAEV warrants that the battery will retain at least 70% of its capacity for a minimum of 500 charge cycles or two years, whichever occurs first. The warranty does not include damage caused by power surges, use of an improper charger, water damage, improper maintenance or any other abuse or natural wear and tear. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and no other remedies, such as compensation for any damage or loss of use, are included. An additional warranty cannot extend the warranty period.
